Laval University is the oldest centre of education in Canada (4th oldest in North America), and was the first institution in North America to offer higher education in French. Its main campus is located on the outskirts of the historic city in Quebec City, the capital of the Province of Quebec.

Getting there
By flight :
To get to Laval University by public transport, RTC offers a shuttle service (bus number 78) at a cost of $ 3.25, exact change needed.
The service is available only 3 times a day at the following hours: 4:03PM, 4:33PM and 5:33PM. When boarding the bus, you should ask the driver a transfer ticket. The ride takes you to "Terminus Les Saules" station where you have to take another bus (number 87 - direction Sainte-Foy) to Laval University. The total transit time is approximately 40 minutes from the airport to the University.
Alternatively, a taxi ride will cost about 25$.
From Montréal :
By Bus
A bus service runs directly from the airport to Québec City (about 4 hours of travel),exit at bus station "Sainte-Foy".

By train
A free shuttle will take you in about 10 minutes to the train station Montreal-Dorval. The train takes about 3h30 to get to the train station "Sainte-Foy".
